Landlord FAQs

  • Please contact the team at leases@connexa.co.nz.

  • We’ll calculate the new rent in line with the rent review provisions in your lease, and you will see the increase in your payment at the appropriate time. It’s not necessary to send us a letter or invoice regarding a rent increase.

  • Your rent will be paid as defined by the provisions in your lease on the last working day of the month, to ensure the funds arrive in your bank account on the 1st of the month the payment is due.

  • Please contact a member of our team at leases@connexa.co.nz or call us on 0800 661 266 and we’ll sort things out as soon as possible.

  • Please send through information with photos included to leases@connexa.co.nz. We’ll assess what’s required, notify our maintenance team, and update you on next steps.

  • Please get in touch with leases@connexa.co.nz with all relevant documentation relating to the sale.

  • Please review the provisions of your agreement and contact us to discuss by emailing leases@connexa.co.nz
