Connexa completes acquisition of ATC New Zealand

Connexa has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of ATC New Zealand Limited, marking our third acquisition in just over two years. This latest deal expands our property interests by over 110 sites, including land under mobile towers and rooftop-based mobile sites across Aotearoa.

With this acquisition complete, Connexa can better deliver on our purpose: enabling a more connected digital future for New Zealand.

Connexa CEO Rob Berrill says this milestone will support New Zealand’s digital transformation: “This acquisition represents a significant step forward for Connexa. We are expanding our property portfolio to better support New Zealand’s growing demand for connectivity and digital infrastructure. We are also providing more location certainty for our customers, which minimises the risk of network disruption in the future.”
